In this interview, Mark Bradbury, LOGOS North America Managing Director, shares some insights about the organization’s logistics software solutions, their unique value proposition, and roadmap for the future.
Fortifying Warehouse Management and Control
The majority of organizations in the logistics arena face a multitude of challenges such as the inability to scale up operations, manage real-time data, reduce warehouse costs, and keep a track of inventory. Having served in the logistics industry for over two decades, LOGOS is on a mission to help organizations tackle the pain points associated with supply chain and warehouse management. We are stirring a revolution in the logistics industry through our state-of-the-art warehouse.management software solutions purpose-built to optimize and automate workflows.
Our warehouse management solution, LOGOS WMS, provides real-time information about the supply chain operations to warehouse and manufacturing companies to operate more quickly and efficiently. LOGOS WMS implements a high-quality data capturing technique that traces the complete material flow from production to delivery, simplifying processes and reducing the scope for errors. Through use of labels and RFID tags in the warehouse, we ensure customers are connected at every step of the supply chain including goods traceability, planning, shipping, and forecasting. With the utilization of RF devices, information is recorded in real-time and users can gain material specific information such as the status of the product, storage information, plus a wealth of other information. Further, LOGOS WMS can also be integrated with management information systems (MIS) that help in aggregating, analyzing, validating, and displaying data from all levels of the logistics system. This data can be used to make effective logistics decisions and better manage the supply chain.
Error Proof Shipping and Reporting
LOGOS WMS also allows organizations to effectively tackle the intricacies in picking, packing, and shipping of goods. With LOGOS WMS, shippers or distributors can systematically handle any volume of orders supporting on time delivery. Using LOGOS WMS, shippers can control the complete order fulfillment cycle from the beginning of the order through final destination. LOGOS shipment management software tracks shipments and monitors the entire shipping process and flow of goods.

LOGOS also integrates to most industry standard user-friendly label layout design software that allows shippers and manufacturers to design labels, logos and graphics that can then be printed using customer’s preferred printer hardware. With this, customers get one common system to print all processing labels, documents, and reports.

Success Stories across the Spectrum
In an implementation highlight, Ceva Logistics, a prominent logistics company was looking for a solution to operate MANN+HUMMEL’s 3PL warehouse. MANN+HUMMEL’s primary goal was to consolidate the entire aftermarket business into one central warehouse managed by 3PL CEVA. Through the successful adoption of LOGOS WMS software, they were able to control all logistics processes in the Ceva warehouse with a certified interface to MANN+HUMMEL’s SAP system. The information passed between LOGOS WMS and SAP is a combination of remote function calls (RFC) and IDoc messages to guarantee high system performance, real-time inventory management and also to take into account predefined process parameters within their SAP system. As a result, CEVA was able to manage their inbound and outbound orders efficiently. The client achieved increased productivity, cost reduction, and improved customer service.
Our esteemed client roster includes Henkel, BASF, Loreal, and Audi.
