Our solution assists customers in sharing the real-time information of the inventory to predict future requirements by integrating with ERP. This helps shipping companies to have better load visibility and decreases the processing times through real-time data sharing. It also enables shippers to generate shipping, receiving, and inventory reports for items that are shipped or returned from specific consignees. The inventory report will provide details about total inventory available by item, lot name, or number.
LOGOS also integrates to most industry standard user-friendly label layout design software that allows shippers and manufacturers to design labels, logos and graphics that can then be printed using customer’s preferred printer hardware. With this, customers get one common system to print all processing labels, documents, and reports.

In an implementation highlight, Ceva Logistics, a prominent logistics company was looking for a solution to operate MANN+HUMMEL’s 3PL warehouse. MANN+HUMMEL’s primary goal was to consolidate the entire aftermarket business into one central warehouse managed by 3PL CEVA. Through the successful adoption of LOGOS WMS software, they were able to control all logistics processes in the Ceva warehouse with a certified interface to MANN+HUMMEL’s SAP system. The information passed between LOGOS WMS and SAP is a combination of remote function calls (RFC) and IDoc messages to guarantee high system performance, real-time inventory management and also to take into account predefined process parameters within their SAP system. As a result, CEVA was able to manage their inbound and outbound orders efficiently. The client achieved increased productivity, cost reduction, and improved customer service.

A Path Paved Ahead
In the next 12 months, we are going to launch our next iteration of our successful warehouse management solution. Offered as an enterprise version that connects to the customer’s ERP, or a standalone solution, the new version of LOGOS WMS provides advanced functionalities and a modern adaptive front-end. By integrating IoT in the warehouse, we are fortifying interoperability and automating the entire supply chain. We also intend to develop mobile applications for small businesses offering low-cost entry-level solutions that will scale up as the business grows.
